What this covers
By engaging Forge Digital Agency for any services — website design, Google Ads, SEO, or lead generation — you agree to these terms. The scope of each job will be agreed before any payment is taken.
Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. One-off jobs (like a website build) are invoiced at the agreed amount before work starts. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. If an account goes overdue we reserve the right to pause work until it's settled.
Results
We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or a particular Google ranking. Digital marketing involves platforms and algorithms we don't control. What we do commit to is putting in genuine effort, using methods that work, and being straight with you if something isn't performing.
Your content, our work
Anything you give us — your logo, photos, business info — stays yours. Once a project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverable. Our own processes and templates stay ours. We may show completed work in a portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Cancellation
No lock-in contracts on monthly services. Either side can end the arrangement with 14 days notice — an email is fine. If you cancel mid-month, that month's fees are still owed. Any invoiced one-off fees remain due regardless of cancellation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. We're not liable for lost revenue or lost business opportunities. Nothing here removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
